Anna is absolutely brilliant! she has such a calming presence and an amazing sense of what you need and where/how you need it. The Reiki experiences i've had with her have felt very supportive and relaxing. These have included a range of tools - including Palo santo, essential oil blends and sound healing instruments as well as crystals.
